OHIP (Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform) is OPERA Cloud’s latest PMS system that allows hotels to connect hotel applications for product development, and simplify collaboration. The latest integration can be seen with l’Hôtel du Collectionneur, a 5-Star luxury hotel located in Paris integrating Duve, a guest experience management platform.

Duve allows hotels to have a white-labeled guest app that aligns with hotel brand and provides guests an overall hub for everything they might need before, during and after their stay at a hotel. Duve gives hoteliers the right tools to exceed guest satisfaction, and increase overall hotel revenue by simplifying hotel processes and saving staff time.

Now Duve has taken it one step further and announced their official integration to OPERA Cloud via Oracle’s recently launched Hospitality Integration Platform, OHIP. Additionally, Duve announced that they have already successfully onboarded their first customer via OHIP – l’Hôtel du Collectionneur – a five star hotel with 500 rooms located in the center of Paris.

OHIP offers a straightforward method for providers and vendors to easily access the data they need to build an integration with the OPERA Cloud PMS. This connection type facilitates increased collaboration between different technologies that hotels are using.

Duve’s 2-way integration with OPERA Cloud via OHIP enables the exchange and free flow of information between all integrated systems in l’Hôtel du Collectionneur’s tech-stack. Integrating via OHIP sends and receives information from the OPERA Cloud PMS such as data on reservations, payments, and more. Making it easier than ever to keep track of all operations and services at the hotel.
