Duve, the Tel-Aviv based guest experience management platform, announces today its expansion into the French market, with the joining of Nicolas Horvath as Country Manager, and with attendance at the prestigious EquipHotel conference in Paris next month.
After recently completing their $10M funding A Round, and working with thousands of hotels worldwide, Duve marks France as one of their strategic growth market for 2023, in support of their existing relationship with local brands such as Astotel Group, the Gate Collection Group, the Set Hotels, Hotels en Ville, Les Maison de George and more.
Duve’s white-labeled platform helps hoteliers and hospitality experts automate operations, streamline communications and uplift revenues.
From personalized online check-in flows, through a tailored guest app with content relevant to the guest in their native language, and up to personal messaging through different channels as SMS, WhatsApp and emails together with personal upsells – each guest will receive a personal experience that is built upon their exact needs.
As a country manager, Nicolas’ focus will be to expand Duve’s growth in France. A hospitality industry veteran with over 15 years of experience and an alumni of the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (#EHL), Nicolas started his career with Four Seasons Hotels and worked his way up to GM and Group GM.
His career spans both hotels and hospitality tech businesses such as Eunoia, Mews, e-axess, and Apaleo.
“My ambition is to continue to drive digitisation and change in the tourism & hospitality sectors. I started my career in operations so it makes me proud to continue to bring game-changing products to the market. Thrilled to join Duve at such an interesting time in their growth, I am truly excited to bring Duve to France ; the Return On Investment for hoteliers makes this solution a no-brainer”, said Nicolas.
Jeremy Atlan, Duve’s co-founder & CBDO, added – “We look at France as a key market for our continued future growth. With Nicolas joining us, we are happy to expand our support in France, providing hotels and hospitality experts more local resources and continuing our mission to reshape the future of hospitality.”
“We are very excited to see Duve’s Expansion in France”, said Jonathan Cachan, Director of Strategies and Development at Astotel. “We compared Duve to other leading products in the market, and found Duve to be the most complete solution best-suited for our needs. We started testing the solution in a few of our properties a few months ago and are eager to complete the rollout across the rest of our properties”.
