Servi Smart Solutions Ltd. and its affiliates (“Company“, “Duve” or “we“) offer a cloud-based guest management platform (“Platform“) that enables hotels, vacation rentals, and similar accommodation providers (“Customers“) to manage hospitality-related services and digitize accommodation-related processes through a designated web application or native mobile application developed and designed on the Company’s framework. This AI Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP“) supplements the Terms of Service, which it is referenced from (“Terms“), or another agreement entered between Customer and Company, and governs the use of the AI Offering. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
The Company’s Services include certain AI-powered features, including chat functionality that generates responses to Customer Clients’ or potential clients, inquiries, operational requests, and reservation-related support requests, such as: DuveAI Smart Reply (Auto-Reply) that suggests automatic responses the Customer can use across SMS, WhatsApp, and chat, or suggested tailored responses generated through generative AI which the Customer can review and edit, and full autonomic agentic conversational AI chat (“Chat AI“). The Chat AI features are available from pre-booking, during the booking, check-in processes and guest stay.
The Chat AI system includes segments and insights, that enable the Customer in real time to offer a Customer Client or potential client tailored, services and upgrades.
The Chat AI is connected to the Platform and enables the Customer to produce summaries of guest message threads. Further Duve offers real-time translation of guest communications across all channels.
Addition features applicable to the check-in process include AI OCR that extracts and validates structured data from passport machine-readable zones during online check-in and “Selfie Face Match” that includes a liveness check (i.e., compares live selfie against passport photo with anti-spoofing measures for identity verification). All AI features, systems and tools detailed herein or provided, made available by Duve, shall be defined herein as “AI Offering“.
This AUP applies to Customer and Authorized Users who use the AI Offering and is intended to help prevent unlawful or inappropriate use of the AI Offering, including use that may contribute to model drift or hallucinations and could enable prohibited uses further described below.
Customer and Authorized Users are responsible for all decisions made, advice given, actions taken, and failures to act based on the use of the AI Offering. We may enforce violations of this AUP. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, key revocation, legal action, and reporting to authorities. Customer may be liable for damages and costs.
This AUP is updated from time to time, any updates will become effective upon posting, as reflected by the “Last updated” date shown above.
By using the AI Offering, Customer accepts and agrees to adhere to this AUP.
Prohibited Use
Customer and Authorized Users must use the AI Offering in accordance with all applicable laws. Customers may not use AI Offering, nor allow Authorized Users or any third party to use the AI Offering for any of the purposes listed below:
Illegal, Dangerous and Harmful Activities
Customers may not use AI Offering, nor allow Authorized Users or any third party to use any AI Offering for any of the purposes listed below:
Child Safety
Customers may not use AI Offering, nor allow Authorized Users or any third party to use any AI Offering to compromise children’s safety, including to:
Misinformation
Customers may not use AI Offering, nor allow Authorized Users or any third party to use any AI Offering to spread misinformation, including to:
Fraudulent, Abusive, or Predatory Practices
Customers may not use AI Offering, nor allow Authorized Users or any third party to use any AI Offering to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or predatory practices, including:
Abuse of Platform and Services (including the AI Offering):
Reporting and Appeals
Company has the discretion to terminate or suspend the Customer’s access to the AI Offering or Services where applicable, upon receipt of a notification of claimed infringement, or at Company’s own determination.
If you believe that any content made available on or through the Platform and Services (including the AI Offering) has been used or exploited in a manner that infringes an intellectual property right you own or control, then please promptly notify us at: support@duve.com.
If your access to any of the Platform and Services (including AI Offering) has been suspended or terminated due to an alleged violation of this AUP, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at the same email address set forth above.
