We are looking for an experienced Outbound leader that will scale up our Outbound team and take its performance to the next level.
This is a pure outbound role — You and your team are responsible for prospecting, creating demand from scratch, and turning it into high-quality pipeline focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, through an Account-Based approach.
You will recruit, train and mentor the fast-growing team, while staying close to execution, and building the required infrastructure, processes and messaging to meet aggressive business targets. You will transform our outbound team from a centralized team structure into a distributed multi-country structure, while improving attained qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline value.
