About The Position

Duve is a global guest experience platform trusted by hospitality brands in 60+ countries worldwide. We empower hotels around the world to increase revenue, streamline operations, and deliver personalized guest journeys at scale.

With a strong and fast-growing global sales engine already in place, we are now entering a significant growth phase, and building a fast scaling, predictable, high-performing outbound pipeline engine.

We are looking for an experienced Outbound leader that will scale up our Outbound team and take its performance to the next level.

About this Role

This is a pure outbound role — You and your team are responsible for prospecting, creating demand from scratch, and turning it into high-quality pipeline focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, through an Account-Based approach.

You will recruit, train and mentor the fast-growing team, while staying close to execution, and building the required infrastructure, processes and messaging to meet aggressive business targets. You will transform our outbound team from a centralized team structure into a distributed multi-country structure, while improving attained qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years proven hands-on track record of generating pipeline through outbound-only
  • 5+ years of experience leading, scaling up and coaching Outbound BDRs/SDRs; Successfully scaling teams from small units to large, distributed organizations.
  • 2+ years B2B SaaS outbound leadership experience, with a proven history of hitting pure- outbound pipeline targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to manage performance through KPIs and conversion metrics while identifying leading indicators for optimization.
  • Ability to motivate, energize, and drive a high-performance team culture
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Tech stack - Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Amplemarket etc.), and with Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Highly motivated, energized, with can-do and must win approach.


What you'll do

  • Hire, onboard, ramp up & coach BDRs, creating a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Build and continuously optimize outbound strategies, messaging, and multi-channel cadences with an Account Based approach, while enhancing the outbound playbook.
  • Own Qualified meetings and pipeline conversion and value targets, while ensuring consistent delivery in midmarket and enterprise segments.
  • Pre, during and post events/conferences execution, scheduling event meetings and leveraging them to build a post event sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure high-quality pipeline, strong qualification, and a smooth handoff to AEs.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and other departments to improve pipeline quality, deal winning, positioning and retention. 
  • Report to VP Sales
