About The Position

Duve is a leading B2B SaaS company, developing and selling a unique guest management platform for hotels and hospitality experts around the world. Duve operates in over 60 countries with over 50% 

This is a full-time position, primarily from Duve’s offices in Tel Aviv .


About this Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for customers onboarding, adoption, satisfaction and growth. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, support and product teams to drive value realization and outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.

Tech oriented, proactive, a great communicator & relationships builder, with excellent project management and prioritization skills, as well as commercial savviness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Customer Success manager in a SaaS company - must.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with customers, including key decision makers.
  • Ability to educate non-technical customers about Duve’s technology and features.
  • Organisational, project management and time management skills.
  • Proactive with strong analytical skills.
  • Native or like-native French level - must
  • Full professional English level (both verbal and written), with excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can run solo but also knows how to be part of a team and build meaningful relationships with peers.
  • Work experience in the hospitality sector (Hotels or Vacation Rentals) - an advantage.


What you'll do

  • Own and manage client onboarding of multiple customers at a given period.
  • Work proactively with customers to drive product adoption and uncover growth and value opportunities through account statistics analytics, including periodic business-reviews for high-value customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple customers simultaneously, based on your ability to earn their trust and deliver value.
  • Become a Duve product expert, so you can consult your customers on how to use Duve’s best practices and solutions, while communicating customer feedback to Duve’s product and support teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing teams - to drive value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.
