Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager

About this Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations and Demand Generation Manager to own the systems, processes, and analytics behind our pipeline engine.

This is a hybrid strategist/operator role. You'll set the strategy for how we generate and qualify pipeline, ICP, lead scoring, nurture, paid, SEO/GEO, and website conversion, and you'll build the systems and reporting that make it measurable. Most hands-on-keyboard execution (paid media buying, SEO/GEO content production, website build work) will be outsourced to an agency and freelance resources. Your job is to know each of those disciplines well enough to brief them properly, judge their work, and hold them accountable to pipeline targets, while personally owning the marketing ops backbone (Hubspot, Salesforce, Clay, GA4) and the analytics that tell us what's actually working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS companies.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, automation, and reporting.
• Strong experience in marketing operations, funnel analytics, pipeline reporting, dashboards, and attribution.
• Experience with Clay or similar tools for data enrichment, lead routing, and workflow automation.
• Experience setting the strategy, KPIs, and measurement framework for agency-managed paid media and SEO/GEO activities.
• A track record of running or prioritizing CRO programs, including A/B testing, landing pages, and conversion-focused website initiatives.
• Experience managing paid and organic channels, either directly or through agencies, with the ability to evaluate performance and hold partners accountable.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently and stay current across marketing channels.
• Structured, analytical, and operations-minded, with the ability to prioritize effectively across a broad scope.

What you'll do

• Define the ICP, buyer segments, lead scoring, and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales.
• Own marketing operations and lifecycle automation across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay.
• Set the strategy, budget, and KPIs for agency-managed paid media, SEO, and GEO.
• Lead website conversion optimization, including landing pages and A/B testing.
• Build dashboards and attribution models to measure channel performance, pipeline, and CAC.
• Help develop the company’s future ABM strategy.
